Section 156
Property to be withheld

(1) If the property of a person for whom an arrest warrant has been issued in accordance with sub-section (4) of section 151 is not already seized or if he cannot be arrested, the relevant police office may submit a report to the court detailing the details of such property in order to seize his property.
(2) If a report is submitted according to sub-section (1), the relevant court will order the related property office or other agency or organization to freeze the property of such person.
(3) According to sub-section (2), if more assets are withheld than what should be withheld, such a person may file an application in the relevant court for the release of the more withheld assets.
(4) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (3) and upon examination of such application, it is found that excess assets are withheld, the court may order the relevant customs office or agency or organization to release the assets to the extent that the excess asset is withheld, and upon such order, such office or organization shall The property will have to be released.
(5) If the offender has to pay damages, compensation or any other amount according to the judgment of the court, only the remaining property after paying such amount in accordance with this paragraph shall be withheld from the property withheld according to sub-section (1).
